Putting 2 and 2 together... Does it make sense for Wyclef to be driving an armored vehicle in Haiti, and suddenly have to get out of the car to make a phone call at the risk of getting shot?
Well... Here's Wyclef's Side of the story...
Wyclef Jean told the Associated Press that he was with a driver and the Haitian hip-hop singer FanFan at the time.
He said he got out of the car to have a private conversation that FanFan would not overhear.
That's when he heard the shots and looked down to see blood on his shirt and sneakers.
